At Heavy Play, we’re committed to ensuring that all of our players have good games. Even if your deck is no longer playable, we promise that your gaming gear will be. We guarantee the quality and performance of every product we make. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Our Guarantee Covers

• The original purchaser or original recipient of the product.
• Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• Free returns and exchanges for items in new condition with packaging.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from regular use (our gear is designed to take a hit so your cards don’t).
• Products that are altered or used beyond their intended purpose.
• Limited Edition items (such as ART MASTERS playmats) can be replaced as stock permits. Once stock runs out, we can only provide a refund or a replacement with a similar item.
• Purchases from unauthorized retailers or third-party platforms may not be covered under warranty.
