There's a thin protective film over the window that should be peeled off. Originally the film was spec'ed to be blue so it was easy to notice, but some production units came in with clear film that was less obvious. The easiest way to remove it is to start peeling from a corner. Later production runs all included a pull tab sticker to make removing the film easier.

Yes! Our deckboxes fit double sleeved cards using standard inner and outer sleeves. 80DS/100DS/133DS refer to the double-sleeve capacity. Keep in mind that sleeve thicknesses vary by brand. If you're using hard inners or resealable inners, you'll want to size up. Heavily-foiled decks can also add extra bulk. When in doubt, size up to be safe.

Our deckboxes are sized for double-sleeving with Standard and Inner sleeves only. Our goal is to be as form-fit as possible for the majority of players. Triple-sleeving is not supported at the moment, but it's something we're considering for the future. Triple sleeved cards can fit in the RFG Deckbox CARRIER 500DS, but this isn't an optimal solution for most players.

We recommend mild soap and water for both the playing surface and the exterior of your playmat. Gently wipe down the area and let it air dry before rolling or storing.

No, we currently don't have the capacity to support one-off custom playmats.

Standard size playmats that are regular thickness (2mm or less) should fit. Oversized or thicker playmats (3mm+) may not fit.
